EV Battery Pack Air Tightness Tester

FEATURES

Allows presetting of battery pack parameters like volume, pressure, test time, and leakage limits.

FUNCTIONS

Low-Pressure Air Tightness Testing:

Utilizes compressed air as a medium to apply a certain pressure inside the battery pack cavity, and high-sensitivity sensor is used to detect changes in pressure and determine its sealing.

Parameter Settings:

Allows for the presetting of parameters such as workpiece number, volume, pressure, time for each stage, and leakage limit.

Process Visualization:

Displays the work status of stages such as inflation, pressure stabilization, leakage, and exhaust in real-time.

Detection History:

Automatically saves history records and supports the display of detailed data via graphs.
